Find your exact age in years, months, days & more
This free age calculator finds your exact age in years, months and days from your date of birth. It also shows your age in total months, days, hours and minutes, the weekday you were born, your zodiac sign and a countdown to your next birthday.
You can calculate your age as of today or as of any other date, which is handy for forms, applications and planning.
Example: a person born on March 15, 1995 is, on October 25, 2026, 31 years, 7 months and 10 days old. That is 11,547 days in total, and they were born on a Wednesday. Their next birthday is March 15, 2027, which is 141 days away.
If the chosen day of the month is earlier than the birth day, the calculator borrows days from the previous month. It also checks that the date exists, so a date such as February 31 is rejected.
The calculator subtracts your date of birth from the date you choose, in whole years first, then months, then days. If the day of the month is smaller than your birth day, it borrows days from the previous month, the same way you would do it by hand.
Yes. Turn off Use today's date and pick any date. This is useful for forms that ask for your age on a certain date, such as a school or job application deadline.
The calculator uses the calendar dates, so your age counts correctly. In years that are not leap years, your next birthday is shown as March 1.
It is the number of complete months you have lived, which is your years ร 12 plus the extra months. Total days, hours and minutes count the whole time from your birth date.
They are rough estimates for fun. Heartbeats assume about 70 beats per minute, nights slept equals the number of days, and meals assume three per day.
It uses the usual date ranges for each sign. The exact start and end dates can move by a day in different years, so people born on the edge of a sign may see a different sign elsewhere.
